High temp today, here: 10. Dewpoint then: 4. High dewpoint: 5.
High temp today in TO: 13. Dewpoint then: 1. High dewpoint: 6.
Yikes. Window-rattling cold front blew through around 3 this morning. So today I am finally confronted with the problem of when "today" is, since it was 21 degrees in Toronto at 2 a.m. I have determined that "today" begins at 9 a.m., more or less because that's the earliest I'm likely to be outside.
After a four batter, four strikeout save against the Yankees on the weekend threatened Miguel Batista's status as the American League's worst closer, he successfully blew his league-leading ninth save in only 1/3 of an inning tonight.
Today I realized why 50 is middle age: because life begins at 20. I have come to feel like the person before 20 was not quite me. That's not exactly a pleasing development.
