High temp today, here: 14. Dewpoint then: 11. High dewpoint: 11.
High temp today in TO: 15. Dewpoint then: 12. High dewpoint: 13.
Toronto resumes superiority despite continued easterlies. Maybe someone will turn the heat on soon.
Vince has become the first tropical cyclone ever recorded to have made landfall on the Iberian peninsula--went around Portugal, ran into Spain.
Finished Civilization and its Discontents. I think I hit my Freud limit at about 60 pages.
Only managed to read 45 pages of dissertation, so far, ahead of tomorrow's second defence prep session. Can't believe how many mistakes are left--missing commas, missing footnotes (!), extraneous random characters--after having combed each chapter individually, and then the whole thing together. So much for any hope of no revisions.
And now for the driving to the big city, followed by the returning of the automobile device, followed by the GO bus, followed by the TTC bus, followed by the subway, followed by the Greyhound. Followed by the walking.
