There are three divisions of APA--East, Central, Pacific--so that does indeed make for three per year. Potentially, anyway. This is the first year I've bothered about Pacific.
I can't figure out what's up with the wedding.
But the stuff about Mr. Woogie is perfectly clear? ;P
The wedding involved singing prompting kissing. I'm not a big fan of prompting kissing, but I am a big fan of Leonard Cohen, and also of showing off, so I sang a verse of "Dance Me to the End of Love".
"Gens du pays" is the Quebec sovereigntist anthem. It was also sung for prompting kissing.
